First thing you must do is a good a map because if you don’t have a map you will lose. Next you have to buy a good tent form Bani Yas because if you don’t have a tent where do you stay and sleep in the desert. After that you must to buy a lot of food. Then you should take a lot of water because the desert is very hot. Don’t forget to the ice because you should to put the meat in the ice. Make sure you take a flash light. Never forget to take some wood for a fire. Remember to check your car before you go to the desert.

Finally if you take my advice i am very sure you will have safe and fun and you will not find any problem.

Hajwalah

Our team wants to help chaini who had many problems after the tsunami. She is starting a company to make green bags. We want to import them into ADMC.

Sri Lenka is a very beautiful island. Frankie has been there four times. The first time she had a fantastic holiday with her children.

The second time was six month after the tsunami. She went to build houses because people were still living in tents. She helped to build temporary houses. She liked hammering nails.

She came back to Abu Dhabi and wanted to raise money to build more houses. She jumped out of an aeroplane with HCT teachers and students. On her third trip time she took enough money to build twenty seven temporary houses.

Last summer she went to help build permanent houses. The people were very happy to finally get a good house. They had a special ceremony. The holy man put the string on Frankie's wrist. He said that it would bring luck to the new home.

Cambodia

Today we read about an immigrant family who had lived in America for a long time and were going back to live in Cambodia. Before reading we did an Internet search to find out about Cambodia. It is a country in the South East of Asia, next to Vietnam. 1975 was a very bad time for the Cambodians.

There was a civil war and then Pol Pot decided that he wanted everyone to be the same and work on the farms. He forced everyone to leave the cities. Everyone had to walk out including the old and the sick.

Civilian deaths in this period, from executions, disease, exhaustion and starvation, have been estimated at well over two million. This was more than a quarter of all Cambodians.

If you go to Cambodia now you can go to a museum and see thousands of skulls
